更换手机后，即使在新设备上安装了二次验证app，但是都无法接收到当前的号码，需要绕过才可以，用下面的url，you need to replace with the similar format URL what you see on browser in OCI login screen.

添加新设备验证：
进入账户右上角图像，选择我的概要信息，选择安全，然后可以添加新设备验证。

关于二次验证：
进入账户右上角图像，选择域，选择MFA，然后右侧把不要的取消勾选。
